New Home Consultation Process

Step 1: First Call with Our Team

An initial discussion to understand your present challenges or goals.
Our team explains the complete process, scope of work (SOW), execution level, professional fees, and expected timelines.

Step 2: Consultation with Acharya Prakhar Dixit

An online or offline meeting with Acharya Prakhar Dixit for deep understanding and direction before moving ahead.

Step 3: Site Selection / Site Approval

Based on Prakriti, Astrology, and Karma, the site is:

Selected (if not yet purchased), or
Approved, corrected, or optimized (if already purchased)

Earth contours, road positions, and surrounding structures are analyzed from a Vastu perspective.

Step 4: Preparation & Technical Analysis

Detailed preparation including:

Site Survey
Prakriti Audit
Astrology Evaluation
MahaVastu Guidelines

This stage creates the foundation for accurate planning and execution.

Step 5: Site Visit & Complete MahaVastu Consultation

A physical site visit (paid service with additional expenses) followed by the complete 6-phase MahaVastu consultation, covering all essential Vastu layers.

Step 6: Final Report & Post-Shift Support

You receive a summarized MahaVastu report with all essential guidance for:

Growth & stability

Additionally, 1 month of team support after shifting into the new home is provided for smooth alignment and clarity.
